I’ve been taking Mindful Flow classes for over a year now and have found them to be challenging without overtaxing my arthritic knees. It’s been a confidence-building experience for me. The class has been a way to wake up my body and reconnect to my own inner wisdom while building flexibility and strength. The class may not move as quickly as the vinyasa flow classes, but it is physically challenging just the same.

Mindful Flow Yoga


Expect to employ the use of props both physical and imaginative to help us locate, illuminate what we don’t know that we don’t know, to inform us of what is possible, to either challenge and add fire to the practice or to soften and support. Come prepared to participate actively in order to awaken your blind spots, discover a more competent and supple body, and create more space, buoyancy and vitality. This class is a container for curiosity and a place to explore ‘the body as process, not object.’

Alignment + Functional Movement


It feels just like coming back from a mini vacation after one of Kerin’s inspiring yoga sessions and I would absolutely recommend her classes. Her fine tuned method of teaching yoga has the perfect balance between cardio, strength, stretching and relaxation. Her clear and detailed instructions bring awareness and an open mind and make it possible to find yourself in a new yoga pose.

Kerin’s Classes


I love Liz’s classes for so many reasons. First, Liz has such a wonderful way of supporting students at all levels. She is kind, thoughtful and intentional. Her classes are often challenging yet always doable as she provides differentiated support tailored to those in her class. She always includes all six types of postures in every class. And she introduces new movement, poses or variations of poses which keeps interest levels high and also encourages us to stretch ourselves and work into places we might otherwise avoid or resist. Over the course of the past few months, because of her classes, I have regained my strength and flexibility that I had in my 30’s and 40’s. I never want to miss her class!

As a student of Liz Wendel’s for more than 10 years, it is such a joy to practice with her both in Imagine Yoga’s beautiful studio and virtually on-line. Liz supports, enlightens and motivates all of her students: show up to your mat, open your heart, challenge your body to see what it can do. Liz’s classes, thoughtfully structured, offer poses with modifications in difficulty, allowing all levels to experience a full and supportive experience. A teacher’s teacher, Liz is truly an exceptional yoga instructor.

Jasmine’s Classes

I’ve taken Jasmine’s class a couple of times and I really recommend it if you want to be challenged and/or explore your practice. Each class has opened opportunities for me to engage better with yoga and Jasmine’s humor and warm personality is perfect for getting you through the stretches and poses. I will keep coming back for more!

I recommend Beth Perlman’s yoga class. I have been a studio member for more than a year and try to take Beth’s classes whenever I can. I really appreciate her supportive and encouraging teaching methods. No two classes are ever the same and Beth always offers additional poses for more experienced yogis. The class time passes very quickly and afterwards I feel great!
